BRIEF DESCRIPTION



As part of the keying / quoting team your role is to bring customers requests to life by providing accurate quotations for bespoke window designs. Through your product knowledge, accuracy and effective communication you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Following training there is a requirement to read and understand technical drawings and develop a good knowledge of our product range.

This role will require you to liaise with the customer by addressing any questions and clarifying product requirements in a polite and professional manner. You will also need to collaborate with internal teams to ensure the customer receives the best service.

You will be an essential part of a high-performing team that strives for excellence and achieves outstanding results through good communication, cooperation and shared goals.

List Main Duties:



Key Customer orders into the Company's production system with a high degree of accuracy. Eliminate the opportunity for keying errors. Look for opportunities to improve/simplify existing processes. Liaise with customers and provide an excellent level of customer service. Meet daily targets & ensure you are in a good position for the next working day. Be confident and organised in order to make sure deadlines are met and work is prioritised and treated with the urgency required where necessary. Gain an excellent understanding of products and processes within the business. Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships. Work with the rest of the Customer Service Team, Accounts, Production, IT and other areas of the business to ensure consistency of approach & excellent customer service. Understand the process flow from order processing through to despatch and a willingness to understand the business and its customers (internally & externally). Any other duty which is deemed reasonable to ensure the company achieves its overall aims.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS



High level of computer literacy including experience of Microsoft packages. Ability to work accurately in a technical role within strict deadlines. Previous technical experience in order processing. Customer Care Training.

SPECIAL APTITUDES



Ability to remain calm & controlled. Good problem-solving ability and ability to work on own initiative. Accurate with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrate good organisational skills.
