Role Overview
As a Central Order Management Administrator, you'll be the key link between our internal teams, European network, and customers. Your focus will be handling enquiries related to UK and export shipments, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service, while helping grow our business through strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage commercial invoices ensuring compliance with customs regulations for exports to Europe.
Handle shipments for UK distribution accurately and efficiently.
Act as a professional point of contact for customers via phone and email.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain agreed service levels.
Proactively communicate any issues or changes to customers, offering alternative solutions.
Respond promptly to enquiries and resolve complaints with care and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records and generate customer KPI reports.
Promote trust and quality service within the team and with partners.
Conduct occasional customer visits to support service reviews and relationship building.
