Permanent Contract Earning 24,570 per annum, plus bonus circa 500 Full-time. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Office based with flexible working options available

Make a difference as a Customer Service Administrator




At PGL we are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. Our administration team plays a pivotal role in ensuring every adventure goes smoothly!


The UK Schools and Groups department generates revenue in excess of 50 million and as a Customer Service Administrator you will be supporting teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (such as cubs, scouts, guides, and brownies) to process booking documentation and facilitate their bookings.




Working in a vibrant, open plan office, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of PGL.



Key responsibilities include:


Effectively managing all pre-travel administration for PGL's Adventure UK centre bookings. Developing an in-depth knowledge of your customers and the centres they visit to anticipate their needs. Working with your colleagues to ensure all customer needs are met and more often exceeded

Fantastic administrative and organisational ability, with keen attention to detail. Amazing customer service skills, able to listen, understand and effectively provide solutions. Able to prioritise workloads and multi-task in a busy open-plan office environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
