Job Description

Jardox are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join the friendly team in our offices in Otford, near Sevenoaks, 8am - 5pm, with an early finish of 4.30pm each day if the day's work has been completed.

The ideal candidate will:

have proven experience of great customer service have a "can-do" attitude be highly professional and an effective communicator via email and phone be a great team player, with excellent interpersonal skills thrive in a busy department and be able to prioritise effectively be well organised, self-motivated and able to work independently have good attention to detail and be process driven have good IT skills - Word and Excel. SAP B1 would be useful but not essential
The Customer Service team work together, focussing on the below:

Managing the sales inbox effectively Processing and checking customer orders accurately and on a timely basis Managing and maintaining our complaints system to BRC standard Developing and maintaining great relationships with our customers through great communication (over the phone where possible and by email) and working closely with our sales account managers. Communicating with our hauliers to ensure good customer service Supporting Commercial and Planning teams by passing on any customer activity or forecasting information identified when dealing with customers. Following up and taking ownership of queries, service issues and complaints and getting them resolved efficiently whilst ensuring a good ongoing relationship with the customer, escalating where appropriate to ensure an appropriate resolution within agreed timescales Managing exports to the EU and ensuring correct documentation in place Responsibility for account administration, including commercial support as required Despatching customer orders on our system and arranging transport, ensuring the customer is aware of any changes, short shelf lives or other issues
We close between Christmas and New Year and contribute to your pension at a rate of 5.5%.

Holiday allowance is 33 days per year (including bank holidays).
