We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team

.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full customer journey, from creating and submitting quotations to ensuring delivery commitments are met, providing exceptional service every step of the way.

Key Operational Activities Include:

Providing high-level customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions Responding professionally to customer enquiries Creating quotations and processing sales orders Scheduling service engineers and managing all related paperwork Producing and circulating weekly and monthly reports Managing the order book, escalating issues as appropriate Providing administrative support across all business activities Being flexible with working hours and tasks to meet customer service needs

Skills & Experience:

Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Word and Excel Experience using a database or ERP system (Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage but not essential) Excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries efficiently

Requirements
