An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our successful and friendly team based in the heart of Mumbles, Swansea on a full-time basis. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual with a great attitude to completing daily tasks; The role requires a strong customer service background; you would ideally have an eye for detail and excellent understanding of Microsoft word and excel for this role. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities.

Answer queries from clients, insurers, and suppliers in a pro-active manner*

Enter data on a bespoke CRM System and maintaining accurate up-to-date records in line with Countrywide Hearing's protocol.*

Prepare detailed quotations for customers.*

Diarise calls and contact to ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely manner and ensuring portfolio of clients are properly looked after.*

Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.*

Ensure all correspondence produced is accurate, well-presented and adheres to guidelines.*

Attend internal and external product or insurance training as required.*

Ensure all Countrywide Hearing procedures are followed.*

Comply with all audit requirements.*

Assist in day to day running of busy office when required.*

Assist management with ad hoc tasks as required.*

Key skills.

Have a passion for providing first class customer service*

Good telephone and communication skills*

Organised and methodical*

Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office/Excel and use of databases*

Experience of working in the insurance industry desirable, but not essential as full training given*

Energetic and proactive, with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team*

Highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment*

Excellent time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.*

Proven experience of working with set targets.*

The position is full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours) within a newly renovated and spacious office in the heart of Mumbles. 30 days annual leave (including all bank holidays). Salary starts from 23,000.00 to 28,000.00 depending on experience.

Pay: 23,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
