Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Pay: 13.30ph (26k permanent salary)
Contract Details: Temp to perm!
Hours: 8:30 - 5pm (flexible working hours)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to be the friendly face of our client's expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in a supportive and fast-paced office environment!
Responsibilities:

• ? Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and video conferencing
• ? Produce and follow up on quotations
• ? Progress priority orders to ensure timely delivery
• ? Support external sales and marketing activities
• ? General office administration tasks

Key Skills and Experience:
Essential:

• A natural customer/commercial focus
• Ability to absorb and retain new information
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (MS Office)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Good literacy and numeracy
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable:

• Experience in a small to medium-sized company
• Familiarity with office systems or databases
• Understanding of general business processes
• Additional language skills
