Carbon Rewind is a national installer of energy efficient measures aimed at reducing heating bills and carbon emissions for homeowners and tenants. We are actively working with energy suppliers and local authorities to improve the thermal efficiency of properties.
We are looking for a Senior customer service administrator to provide excellent customer service skills and support our operations team.
The Role:
Responsible for the successful completion of the CEP scheme
Contacting customers via telephone and email and supporting with survey bookings and installation appointments
Liaising with external lead generators via telephone and email, updating them on the progress of the scheme
Taking inbound calls and assisting with any enquiries
Ensuring every customer receives great customer service
Updating various spreadsheets and databases
Is a full-time role (37.5hrs), working in our Cornwall office.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Excellent organisation skills
Proactive and able to work on own initiative
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, specifically via telephone and email
Excellent attention to detail
Proven ability with google suite, Microsoft office and PDF
Strong customer service skills
Experience in housing and maintenance scheduling is desirable but not essential
