We're looking for a friendly, motivated individual with great communication skills and a positive attitude to join our team as a

Customer Service Administrator (Tank Transfer Agent)

. You'll play a key part in supporting customers as they switch their LPG supplier, making sure their experience is smooth, simple, and stress-free.


What you'll be doing




Supporting domestic customers moving to or from Calor Gas. Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and letter. Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer transfers are completed accurately and on time. Handling general customer enquiries, particularly during busy periods. Completing a variety of administrative tasks with attention to detail.

What we're looking for




Confident communicator - great written and verbal skills. Customer-focused - professional, approachable, and empathetic. Proactive and organised - able to manage your time and take initiative. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience in retail, customer service, or administration is beneficial, but not essential. A team player who's eager to learn and grow.
