Customer Service Administrator

Hours of Work:



0800-1630, Monday to Friday 0800-1330 Friday

Reporting to:



Customer Service Manager

Role Summary:



Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who is focused and proactive with excellent communication skills. A reliable individual who can maintain a daily routine and complete tasks to a deadline. Must be flexible within the working environment and be willing to embrace new challenges.

(The employee will willingly undertake, upon request, any other task they are able to perform. Elements of the role may vary as new technology, procedures and equipment are introduced.)

Key Responsibilities:



Receive orders and carry out contract reviews. Inputting of Orders on to Internal MRP system Communicate customer requirements, schedules and forecast to internal departments across 4 sites. Process Order Acknowledgements Maintain customer schedules and forecasts Maintain/update price information on product files on MRP system Order and maintain stationary. Manage conference room bookings Filing / Archiving

Essential Qualifications



GCSE'S grade C minimum in Maths and English Administration qualifications including Customer Service or Sales

Essential Experience



Administrative experience Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Experience of working with Microsoft Office tools Excellent communications skills with a can-do attitude.

Desirable Experience



Package on offer



Salary: 24,000

Pension: 5% min personal contribution, Company contribution of 3%

Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 BH Pro-rata

Life Insurance: 2 x annual salary Death in Service
