37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, an hour for lunch

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Stamford Agency.
About the role:
As a member of our Customer Services Team, you will help customers make changes midterm and discuss their existing policies for all personal and motor lines of insurance, along with managing and directing calls and correspondence; process and manage accounting transactions. You will also take incoming requests for home and motor insurance quotations, selling our award-winning insurance, introduce our financial service provision and intimating household claims. The role is supported with a robust training plan in which you can be assured of support and guidance.
At the core of our approach lies the cultivation of strong relationships and the practice of cross-selling to ensure our customers receive tailored services that align perfectly with their needs. This commitment is reflected in our exceptional customer retention rate, with over 96% of customers choosing to renew their insurance with us annually.

Who would be successful in our Sales & Customer Service Adviser role?
Confident and Polite telephone manner
Experience within a customer service team
Comfortable working with IT Systems
The ability to thrive in a busy office environment.
A willingness to learn.
You will have excellent communication skills, including listening and questioning skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Stamford Agency

Contractually we offer 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. But in addition to that we offer 2 days additional leave during Christmas week which does not come out of the holiday allocation
