Key responsibilities
Handle inbound calls relating to customer queries and issues: Delight our customers by finding a resolution that suits them - care, ownership, and attention are what matters
Ensure that investigated and resolved issues are recorded via the relevant systems consistently throughout the shift
Complete outbound calls relating to shortages or delays to runs ensuring the customer is regularly updated
Own management of the standing order process
Make recommendations for alternatives or special offers based on purchase history
Deliver on KPIs whilst giving an excellent 'customer experience'
Embody our culture and values
Update and review the CRM log for every query to ensure that all information is accurately updated in a timely manner including raising collections for any returns.
Complete and update the Waste report daily
Complete any other required daily reports he end of the shift
About you
Knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
Knowledge of C/S processes
Previous experience working in the Customer service department
Previous administrative work in a high demand inbound call receiving setting
Knowledge of quality expectations and requirements for effective investigation and resolution
