Hours: 5 day week between hours of 08:00 to 20:00 (Monday - Friday) and working 2 x Saturday's and 1 Sunday weekend every 7/8 weekends (10:00 to 17:00) with time off in lieu

The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-known and respected UK national client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Advisor to join their evolving and rapidly expanding Abingdon based team.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers. The calls are very varied therefore the successful candidate must be able to absorb information, and confidently take ownership, going above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service to resolve the customers query.
Our client's product is technical and ever evolving therefore the successful Customer Service Advisor needs to be genuinely interested in learning to offer basic technical support to customers over the phone.
This Customer Service Advisor job is very well suited to candidates who are keen to build a long-term career within an expanding and award winning business.
