Customer Service Advisor

to join our out-of-hours team in a fully remote role.

In this vital home-based role, you will be the first point of contact for housing association residents experiencing issues with their heating or hot water. You will play a key part in ensuring they receive a timely and efficient service, especially during evenings when they need our help the most.

What you will be doing:

Answering inbound calls from residents to report faults with their heating and hot water systems. Accurately logging details of the fault onto our system. Providing reassurance and clear information to residents. Scheduling appointments for our Gas Engineers to attend properties. Delivering a high standard of customer care at all times.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable. A calm, professional, and empathetic telephone manner. Excellent communication and listening skills. A suitable home working environment and a reliable internet connection. The ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems. A reliable and committed team player.

The Details:

Pay Rate:

12.21 per hour.

Hours:

26.5 hours per week.

Shift Pattern:

A consistent 4 days on, 4 days off rota.

Working Times:

Your shifts will be from 12:00 - 20:00 or 13:00 - 21:00.
