Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. If you have previous experience in customer service and a dedication to delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you.

Duties:



- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, and general questions.
- Process customer requests, returns accurately, invoice requests and complaints etc.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions.

-GDPR compliant.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism.

Requirements:



- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Must be IT and computer literate.

-Must have experience working within a busy environment.

- Must have excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: 13.00 per hour
