We are one of the largest independent Vehicle Repairers in the UK, getting cars repaired and back on the road fast, whatever the weather! We are approved repairers for some of the most high-profile Insurers in the country.

To date, we have operations in 15 locations, employ over 300 staff and repair over 20,000 vehicles annually. But we are just getting started - we aim to continue our growth exponentially and hope to be opening a repair centre near you sometime soon.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Accident Repair Centre in Aberdeen.

Main Duties



Inputting data into our Bodyshop software Dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Ensure a high level of Customer Service is provided Providing updates to Customers on the progress of their vehicle repair Collecting customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner Filing and maintaining a tidy office, and other general duties. Assisting the Manager in day-to-day duties

Key Skills



IT literate and confident in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to use own initiative Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks Good Attention to Detail
