We work with large companies across the world to offer a fast and reliable medication delivery service across the country 7-days-a-week.We are looking for a customer service agent who is driven and wants to work at a growing company. This is an opportunity for the right person to excel their career and go into promotions as the company grows.
We are looking for someone to:
- Answer patient calls and work with clinics and courrier to resolve issues
- Manage customer support through Intercom - our ticketing system
- Submit and manage courier claims
- Work with clinics to help with queries
- General administration work
- Working with colleagues
- Order stock from suppliers through phone and email
- Managing returns
- Administration tasks e.g. courier claims
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
