Customer Service Advisor - Salary up to 25,000 dependent on experience plus Team Bonus (subject to achieving growth targets) - Full-time - At our Rooksbridge site with possibility of need to work from either office on occasion (travel costs supported).
NFU Mutual's Williton & Rooksbridge agency has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor role on a permanent contract and welcome candidates who either work in the industry or are looking for a career in insurance.

In this position within our growing team, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business. Working closely with our agents and the wider team you will be responsible for the successful management of customer relationships both face to face and over the phone, dealing with day-to-day queries on insurance related matters and delivering new solutions and products.
We will provide the successful candidate with all the support needed to develop their skills when dealing with customers but also the technical knowledge of the wide range of insurance products available to them. Working in a regulated environment the standards we set around customer delivery is second to none and market leading, backed up by excellent customer retention statistics and continuous growth.
You'll play a key role in supporting our existing clients as well as helping to expand our business and following a period a training will be required to work under your own supervision and will carry the authority that goes with this role.
The ideal candidate needs to be capable of working unsupervised, be organised, has an attention to detail and understands the importance of great customer service. In return you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.
To be successful in this role you will:
Be able to work unsupervised but also support the wider team with some of the agencies major clients and their renewal process.
Provide ongoing support and manage relationships with key clients and internal customers.
Make a key contribution to the growth of the business by identifying potential new customers.
Achieve targets relevant to the role - this is typically governed by the need to ensure we maintain market leading customer retention levels and grow our business both organically and through new customers and products.
