Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our ever-growing, fast paced team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between our company and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve enquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:



Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer enquiries via various communication channels, including phone and support tickets Respond to customer concerns, complaints, and questions in a professional and courteous manner, aiming to resolve issues effectively and efficiently Manage and resolve customer complaints by gathering information, investigating the problem, and offering appropriate solutions or alternatives Offer product and service information to customers, and assistance with order placement, amendments, or cancellations Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database, ensuring all interactions are properly documented Collaborate with other team members, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to provide comprehensive and seamless customer service Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers Identify and escalate complex or high-priority customer issues to the appropriate departments, such as technical support or management, for further resolution Proactively identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and contribute ideas for process enhancements Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines, to uphold customer confidentiality and protect sensitive information

About you:



Industry knowledge and proven experience within the industry Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Excellent organisational skills Strong decision-making abilities to address customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions to rectify issues Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools to manage customer interactions and track progress Positive and patient demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging or irate customers professionally Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for accurate record-keeping and follow-up A customer-centric approach and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-24,000.00 per year
