About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming calls and processing customer orders Providing exceptional service to our existing clients Utilising your strong communication skills and computer literacy Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Updating customer information and processing orders through our internal systems

Requirements

While previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Proficient in using CRM software's. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
