Duties



Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Analyse customer data to identify trends and provide insights for service improvements. Assist clients with account management, including updating information and resolving issues related to financial services products. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and ensure a seamless service experience. Promote relevant products or services where appropriate, supporting sales objectives through consultative engagement. Follow organisational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services sector. Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Analytical skills to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. A proactive attitude towards learning new systems and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement. Pay: 24,420.00-29,000.00 per year
