Job Description

Your Responsibilities:



:



Answering customer's inbound queries and providing excellent standards of customer service. Ensure Adherence to processes to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level. Ensure that data protection policies are fully adhered to on every customer interaction. Deliver client and company objectives and KPIs in line with client contractual agreements. Ensure that HCL policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Essential Criteria:



Must be PC literate and comfortable operating multiple systems Must clear background checks to include credit check and criminal background check Previous 6 Months customer service experience Essential Fully Flexible for Rotational shift patterns 37.5 Hours Per week

Pay: 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
