What You'll Do

Provide friendly and efficient customer support via phone, email, or live chat Handle queries, complaints and product questions with confidence and care Use internal systems to manage customer records accurately Work towards targets in a supportive and motivating team environment Deliver a high standard of service with every interaction
What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset A positive attitude and a willingness to learn The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Experience in a customer service, retail or hospitality role is helpful - but not essential!
