Customer Service Administrator



Job Summary



Process all customer documentation from the sales team for New Business, Renewals, Mid-Term Changes and Lapsed policies. Ensuring all correct documents are issued.

Process and validate online sales.

Process renewal invites and issue to customers.

Chase validation documents required post sale. Process and validate these documents within set timeframes and if required issue cancellations from this process. Ensuring to adequately chase all documents in a prompt manor by telephone, email and SMS.

Handle mid-term calls and live chats from customers. Process changes & issue new documentation.

Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.

Process inbound cancellations.

Issue cancellation notices and chase customers to prevent policies from cancelling.

Triage inbound telephone calls in peak times and during periods of annual leave.

Acting under own initiative to solve problems and develop the business.

Other general administration duties and tasks as required by the company.

Personal Specification



Academic:



5 GCSE's at Grade C or above (including Maths & English);

Cert CII qualified preferred but not essential.

Experience:



You will need to have at least 6 months prior experience working in an administrative or sales role.

Capabilities:



Excellent client facing/communication skills;

Ability to work as part of a team;

Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Excel and Word;

Ability to multi-task;

Ability to use initiative;

Ability to take direction;

Open GI experience desirable.

Articulate, ambitious, enthusiastic, responsible and thorough;
