Due to growth within our organization at Enable Services, we are hiring for a Customer Service Advisor on a full time basis working core hours Monday to Friday, weekend cover may be required occassionally. This role will be based in our office in Turnditch.
The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to assist with all aspects of the operations of the business.
This will involve:
- Arranging appointments with customers.
- Sending reports via email or uploading them onto a portal.
- Chasing outstanding terms and conditions over the phone and via email.
- Building strong relationships with External Clients.
- Selling a range of services to customers and processing payments.
- Dealing with general queries over the phone or via email.
What we require from you:
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive can do attitude, whilst thinking outside of the box should there be a problem that needs to be resolved.
- Clear telephone voice with a confident and polite telephone manner.
- Good time-keeping skills and reliability.
