At The Malvern Collection we design, manufacture and install garden buildings across the UK.
We are looking to recruit someone to join our Customer Services & Sales Team.
This role involves the below tasks and is a varied role:
Candidate must have a strong proven background in customer service
Customer Service telephone & email enquiries, with agents or directly with customers
General office admin, filing, scanning and any office administration needs
Procurement & Distribution of brochures and marketing material / point of sale using various courier methods
Booking hotels for fitting staff as & when required
Opening & distributing post in and out of the business
Distributing Customer Order Acknowledgements, Notification of Deliveries and any other relevant documents via email, post or text message.
Distributing sketches to customers for their approval for production
Working with an in house sketch and an in house intranet systems
After Sales Support with customers
Quotes for bespoke enquiries
Ideally qualified with Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
Job Type: Full-time
Monday to Thursday 9-5pm with an hour for lunch
Friday 9-4pm with 30 minute lunch break
Holiday Entitlement is 31 days per annum
Salary: Dependant on experience
