More about your role:
We are offering a position within our busy workwear department, hours of work are open to discussion and we are happy to meet the hours needed for the right candidate on either a full time or part time basis, however full 5day cover Monday - Friday will be required. You will be the friendly and helpful voice that our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns, and strive to build long lasting professional relationships.
Providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer issues.
Managing administrative tasks such as processing web and portal order and keying orders placed either by email or telephone.
Collaborating with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Making outbound pro active customer service calls to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and gather feedback.
Contacting clients on a regular basis to ensure they are happy with current service and products also looking to maintain and monitor active customer accounts looking to analyse and report finding to sales representative.
