The role
deal effectively and professionally with all customer queries, ensuring positive customer experiences
provide prompt assistance to customers, clarifying information, addressing their needs appropriately and ensuring any booking details are inputted accurately
log all queries onto the CRM system
set up customer accounts on the portal
relay relevant information to the Waste Account Managers and Planning team in a timely manner
carry out any required administrative duties efficiently and within the desired timescales
What you need
previous proven experience working in a customer service role
extremely customer-focused with an excellent manner, both in person and on the telephone
good organisational skills
ability to work effectively, and meet deadlines, in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
excellent verbal and written communication skills
good numeracy, literacy and IT skills
well-presented with a confident and professional manner
a willingness to adapt and develop skillset and knowledge
The package
From 12.78 per hour DOE
27.5 hrs per week, Mon-Fri 9.30am to 3pm
