Full-time 37.5 hours per week (rotational Saturday shifts)

Customer Service Advisor
, you will receive full training and support to engage with our customers, through inbound and outbound calls, to provide solutions and support for appliance repair and care.What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a customer service environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet. An empathetic approach to handling customer needs and concerns. A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Commitment to teamwork and contributing to a collaborative environment. A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
