We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team who will play a crucial role in providing operational support to our customers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor
Support customers with general customer enquiries and technical support by phone and email in a professional manner;
Be the face of Glow Green for customers, engaging with them in a way that shows we really care about doing the right thing for each of them;
Help and support customers need repair work completing, following company procedures and arranging for engineers to attend appointments;
Decide within our guidelines the best problem fix for each individual customer who has had a problem, and recommend new options if needed;
Communication is key. You need to ensure that you keep on top of updating customers and have demonstrable empathy and rapport building skills;
Work alongside the technical service managers and help customers who have technical queries relating to their installations;
Own your customers who require further work completing in order to complete their installation and see them through to completion;
Proactively work with other business areas to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed effectively.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor
At least 2 years experience within a customer operational role or similar;
Experience in multi tasking and needing to be extremely organised;
Skilled at problem solving;
Excellent telephone manner;
Excellent communication skills;
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment;
Team Player.
