What you'll be doing as Glow Greens Customer Service Advisor:
Provide top-notch support
to customers via phone and email, handling general enquiries and technical issues professionally.
Represent Glow Green
to our customers, engaging with care and integrity to ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate repair work
by following company procedures and arranging engineer appointments as needed.
Solve problems effectively
, making decisions within company guidelines and suggesting new options when appropriate.
Communicate proactively
with customers, keeping them informed while demonstrating empathy and building rapport.
Collaborate with technical service managers
to assist customers with technical queries related to their installations.
Take ownership
of customers requiring further work, ensuring their installation is completed smoothly from start to finish.
Work cross-functionally
with other teams to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed efficiently.
