The role of our Customer Service Advisor
As a key part of our team, you will:
Contact existing Glow Green customers that have purchased and installed our products, to sign up to our Multi-product Glow Care plan, covering service and maintenance for the specific product.
Assist with inbound customer queries in relation to customers Glow Care plans by phone and email in a professional manner.
Sales retention with existing Glow Care plan customers.
Assist the wider Onboarding department with new finance applications for customers looking to secure a loan for their chosen installation product, as and when required, maximising sales opportunities.
Assisting customers with their finance agreements requiring signatures and general finance queries by phone and email in a professional manner.
Ensure customers are communicated with effectively, and kept up to date with the progress of their query.
Adhere to FCA guidelines, ensuring customers are treated fairly and advised correctly at all times.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor
Has at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent organisational skills.
Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions.
Communicates clearly and confidently over the phone and in writing.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Works well as part of a supportive team.
