Towelrads.com are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part time basis in Bracknell. This role is only working Thursday & Friday 8am-5pm. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to obtain information about the products and their orders. Towelrads.com are part of the Brickability Group.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly.
Ensure the order log is completed correctly to coincide with purchase orders.
Manage a busy email inbox.
Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Raise purchase orders and invoices .
Keep the order check log updated to keep track on orders.
Liaise with suppliers to improve relationships.
Schedule deliveries and collections.
Create quotes using the quotes template spreadsheet.
Resolve customer complaints and claims for faulty or damaged goods.
Arrange customer returns, issue refunds, and create credit notes.
Competency in literacy and numeracy skills.
Personal description
Essential
Previous Customer Service experience
Good Communication skills (written and oral)
Great planning and organisational skills
Working in a Fast paced environment and enjoy working in a team
Experience with Microsoft office
