We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of flat-pack furniture and household items. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated new team member to help us provide excellent support to our customers.
What We are Looking For
Previous experience in a customer focused role is a plus but not essential - we provide full training. Fluency in French would be advantageous to support our international customers.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat.
Record and update information in our CRM and order processing systems.
Liaise with third party couriers regarding deliveries, claims for lost and damaged items.
Work closely with internal departments to assist customers.
Manage product enquiries and process replacements, refunds, or resend orders.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
What We are Looking for in You
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to promote high customer satisfaction.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of online sales platforms is desirable.
