The Role

As part of our customer service team, you'll:

Be the first point of contact for customers with plumbing, heating and drainage enquiries (all inbound, no cold calling). Build rapport, reassure customers, and log details accurately. Support the wider office team with admin such as invoicing, reports, reminders, and marketing. Play a key role in driving growth through excellent service and strong communication.
