We're Hiring: Customer Service Advisor



12 months fixed term contract with potential to go permanent



Full Time with shift patterns 07:00-15:00 and 11:00-19:00



25,000 per annum



Hybrid in our Bishopsworth, Bristol office 3 days a week

About the Role




In this role, you will:

Be the initial point of contact for both our clients and candidates by fulfilling routine and complex requests. Ensure clients clinical and social needs are met by having selected and maintained the best nurses or carers for their needs. Plan rotas and make decisions on nurses' suitability for particular shifts and availability. Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with quality and compliance standards.

This is a role where your attention to detail and communication skills will really make a difference.

What You'll Bring

Confidence working with Microsoft packages like Word, Excel and Outlook. Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience We're Looking For



Customer service experience Proven experience dealing with a high volume of calls The ability to manage a varied workload Administration experience
