Love people? Love vehicles? Love being part of a winning team?
Bristol Caravans is not your average workshop. We are a "small but mighty" team, and were recently named
UK Workshop of the Year
out of over 590 competitors!
We work on incredible, often bespoke vehicles (caravans, motorhomes, campervans) that are worth more than a Ferrari. We are looking for a high-energy
Service Advisor
who takes pride in their work, thrives on variety and wants to be more than just a number in a large corporation.
The Role: You are the Heart of our Customers Journey
This isn't just admin; you are the bridge between our customers and our technical team. You'll be responsible for:
The First Impression:
Meeting and greeting customers with a smile and a "can-do" attitude.
Problem Solving:
Decoding customer descriptions into clear job cards that empower our technicians.
Managing the Flow:
From vehicle inspections and parts ordering to invoicing and following up for those all-important 5-star reviews.
Digital Innovation:
Using our IT systems to maintain a paperless, efficient environment.
Upgrades:
Helping customers maximise their adventures with innovative accessories.
About You
You don't necessarily need a wall full of qualifications but you
must
bring energy. We are looking for:
A "Safe Pair of Hands":
You are organised, tidy and pay attention to the little details.
A Great Communicator:
You can talk to anyone, write clear emails and keep our customers informed and happy.
Mechanically Minded:
You understand maintenance and aren't afraid to learn the nuts and bolts of caravans and motorhomes.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM systems, tablets and digital documents.
Local & Mobile:
You live within a 27-minute commute of BS32 4JW and have your own transport (we are a beautiful rural site!).
Why Join Bristol Caravans?
We've cut the "Red Tape" to let you do what you do best: help people. We value new ideas and we actually say "thank you" for a job well done.
Environment:
A heated, dry, well-lit modern office.
Perks:
Branded clothing, free onsite parking and endless tea & coffee.
