Job Function:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the frontline representative for our valued customers, providing prompt and efficient assistance across various communication channels. Your role will involve resolving queries, managing tasks, and ensuring seamless interactions to uphold our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls and promptly address customer inquiries

- Keep tasks updated and maintain regular communication with customers

- Utilize various channels (letter, email, phone) to respond to queries effectively

- Take ownership of individual cases and see them through to resolution

- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to expedite issue resolution

- Maintain accurate records on our internal system (Pinpoint)

- Conduct spot checks on Pinpoint activity to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Participate in relevant training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

- Maintain awareness of performance KPIs and seek support for improvement

- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions

- Prioritize tasks efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures

- Handle objections effectively and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving

- Experience working in an office environment preferred
