The role has a starting salary of 23,613 per annum, rising to 25,439 per annum after key competencies of the role are met.
Purpose of the r
ole:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader this role involves responding to and providing hands on assistance to tenants with general queries over the phone and email inbox.
The Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for tenants and will handle queries with empathy, including any potential customers and service providers. The role will build internal partnerships to provide a positive experience of Tai Tarian with a people centric approach.
