What's the Job?
As a Touchpoint Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line or email helping our customers with their queries, complaints, and everything in between. You'll be part of a team that's all about first-class customer experiences, working together to find the best solutions - even when things get tricky. We're all about owning our roles and making a difference, and we'd love for you to join us! We currently have one role available, however if you meet the Thirteen standard at interview, you will be added to our talent pool and will be offered the next available Touchpoint Advisor roles without re-interviewing.
