Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a First-Class experience, interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first-time round solution.

This role will also include but not be limited to:

Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams

Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. High attention to detail, taking ownership and pride in delivering accurate work. Problem-solving mindset, focused on making things easy for customers. Self-motivated learner, eager to grow and improve performance. Friendly and professional, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
