Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our customers both new and existing, your daily duties would include answering telephone calls, greeting customers in a friendly manner and dealing with enquiries, keeping customers updated with the progress of there vehicle, liaising with the workshop and staff, arranging daily work diary, handling cash, keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
Tyre & Mechanical knowledge would be beneficial for the role but training can be provided at our cost, computer skills is essential but again training can be provided.

Pay: From 27,936.48 per year
