What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional service during every customer interaction
Help customers make informed decisions about products and services
Update internal systems accurately and in line with GDPR
Collaborate with other departments to support business growth
Retain customers and generate leads through personalised solutions

What We're Looking For
People who love connecting with others
Strong communication and active listening skills
A caring and empathetic nature
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Confident using a computer (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
