At Zero we are on a mission to help people reduce the environmental impact of their money. We are building an e-money account that empowers climate-conscious individuals, and as we enter this exciting new chapter, we're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Advisors to join our team for an initial three month period with potential to extend.

As one of the founding members of our customer support team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our processes, growing alongside us as Zero expands. Together, we'll redefine what it means to support customers while helping the planet thrive.

In this role, you'll be:

Delivering outstanding customer support over the phone and email, resolving queries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. Collaborating on the design of seamless customer processes that ensure every Zero customer has a remarkable experience. You'll provide valuable feedback to continually evolve and enhance our service. Supporting our customers in becoming educated about Zero's innovative products and services, empowering them to make eco-conscious financial choices.
What we're looking for:

A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a great telephone manner.

Someone who takes ownership, solving problems with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple systems to resolve customer queries.

Additional Info:

Our core hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and there will be a need some weekend work on a rota for which you will receive time off during the week. We operate a hybrid working environment, with a minimum of 3 days in our Cardiff Head Office. To work from home, you'll need a quiet workspace with a desk and chair. We'll provide the tech!
