We currently have a vacancy for an Customer Service Advisor.
Hours - Fulltime.
The role includes general administrative duties, processing invoices and assisting with the motor claims process. In addition you will be required to support other sites.
The successful candidate will:
have a driven 'can do' attitude
have a good eye for detail
excellent customer service skills
experience of working in a customer facing environment
good systems and IT experience including word and excel
excellent communication skills
excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise work in accordance with the needs of the business
experience of resolving and effectively dealing with queries
high level of personal and professional integrity
attention to detail
open to working with new processes and able to adapt quickly
