We are looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join our fast paced and busy military tailors shop within Catterick Garrison. The applicant must hold the following skills;
customer service skills
ability to assist owner of the company in doing various tasks throughout the day
to be thorough and pay attention to detail
the ability to work well with others
sensitivity and understanding
patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
excellent verbal communication skills
active listening skills
to be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
Military knowledge desirable
The job will be part time between Monday-Friday.
