- Customer Service and showroom Assistant Temp (Farrar & Tanner part of the Outdoor365 group)

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

We are looking for an enthusiastic, intelligent and friendly person to join our small team to help deliver our 5

customer service offering through until Christmas. In return you get free parking, refreshments, a great working environment and a generous discount off lovely gifts. We are open 7 days a week, and through until Christmas we are open from 7am until 11pm, so we can offer part time/ flexible hours for the right person with a range of hours available.
As one of our Customer Service assistants, you will be communicating with customers, responding to queries and ensuring full customer satisfaction.

You'll handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries over the phone, or online. You'll provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers.

Answering customer enquiries and taking phone orders Managing customer enquiries via email and chat Finding solutions to customer problems Assisting customer in our showroom
