We're looking for Motability Customer Service Advisors who want to make a real difference every day. If you're currently working in a contact centre or customer-facing role and want a position where your work has a direct, positive impact on people's lives, this could be the role for you.
What you'll be doing
Provide full 360-degree support to customers referred to us by the Motability scheme.
Take customer requirements over the phone or via email, listening carefully to their needs.
Source the right vehicle to get each customer back on the road quickly and safely.
Adapt to different customer needs every day, making a real difference in their experience.
