Customer Service Advisor - Colchester -

23,800basic p/a plus generous quarterly bonus.

Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you'll work Monday to Friday (between the hours of 9am to 6pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am to 1pm), Full time 37.5 hours per week.

No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training

! We offer a basic salary of

23,800

p/a full time hours and pro rata's for part time hours plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn

up to 27,800 per year full time

With a

start date of 16th June 2025

So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?

Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must. Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI's and targets. You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we're driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives...all whilst having a lot of fun!
