Lifetime Legal is seeking a bright individual to work with our compliance team within Smart Compliance. Speaking to clients daily you will be responsible for ensuring that their experience with Smart Compliance is as smooth as possible.
Compliance knowledge is not essential and full training will be provided.

About You
You will need to be articulate with an understanding of what it takes to deliver great service. Speaking to clients engaged in the home moving process you will be representing Lifetime Legal and be required to confidently speak to our clients on the phone.
You will need to be confident on the phone and be able to express yourself in a professional manner.
Skills you should have - Previous Office-Based/ Customer Service experience is essential.
Great verbal and written communication skills
Communicate clearly and effectively on and off the telephone
Be able to actively listen to clients, answer their questions and record information collected
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems

Previous experience of a phone based role
Duties and responsibilities
To handle inbound telephone calls from clients politely and efficiently in accordance with the training provided
To make outbound calls to clients referred by Estate Agents
To collect payment from the client to activate memberships
Handling customer queries
To deliver excellent customer service consistently
Proactively looking for ways to improve the service delivered to our partners and keep up to date with development within the industry
Follow guidelines and comply with industry standards
To input clients data into our systems (training will be provided)
Starting Salary:
25,500 with the potential to earn an additional performance-based bonus of 4,000 annually.

Work hours will be Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm.
